You only need to register once* (please make sure you read the note to register) to access our IGEL Ticket Request System (ITRS). The ITRS allows you to access the following services:

  • Technical Support
  • RMA Requests
  • Licences
  • Activation of PowerTerm Terminal Emulation License
*Note Registration

There is no need to register the devices, please register only your company. However, due to embargo regulations, it is necessary to register each company location that we will be shipping goods to directly. Once you are registered successfully, all IGEL clients your company has bought in the past and all IGEL clients your company will buy in the future will be automatically covered by the extended warranty.

The default standard warranty is 2 years after shipment by IGEL. For devices shipped before October 15th 2011, you will receive a warranty extension of 1 year (3 years in total) and after this date a warranty extension of 3 years (5 in total) for UD2, UD3, UD5 and UD6 models. Only end-customers can take advantage of this offer. It is not available to resellers. Therefore it is necessary for your IT Service provider to specify your company as the owner of the product. If an IT Service provider manages repairs for your company, they should also register to have access to our service and support web page.

If you are an existing customer you should initially contact your Authorized IGEL Partner who will be happy to answer any questions you may have and is fully trained to deal with many issues.
